CARE INSTRUCTIONS

After each use, wash board with warm water and dry with a dish towel.​  If possible, leave board out overnight to air dry before you put it away.

 

​Coat the board with a food safe mineral oil every month or 2 depending on how often you use it.

​

Do not stick knives in the board.

Do not soak any boards in the sink or put in the dishwasher.

Do not put hot utensils, tea pots or pans on cutting board.  Placing hot steak or other cooked meats on the board is ok.

Do not put the board in the oven or microwave.

It is perfectly normal to see tiny voids and cut marks from use.  These will add character to the board.
